30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, you will receive clear, step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@maribellelondon.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the product you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, simply contact us within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method.
After 14 days and up to 30 days, we still accept returns and will issue store credit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or store credit promptly.

Returns must be arranged with us in advance; we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or card providers may require extra time to complete processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If the item is not damaged and the correct product was delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels.
